Anti-corruption Control Specialist
Job description:
- Improvement of the company's anti-corruption activities;
- Prevention of corruption offenses in society;
- Ensuring the effective functioning of the anti-corruption system in society;
- Cooperation with other government agencies and organizations engaged in anti-corruption activities and participating in it;
Functions:
a) in the field of participation in the prevention of corruption offenses in society:
- Collects information on the status and directions of corruption offenses in other public authorities in order to assess the likelihood of the Company committing similar offenses;
-Analyzes appeals received through special communication channels about corruption risks and offenses on the part of the company's employees;
-Analyzes the results of the agency's official website, designed to report corruption, and provides analytical materials to the Company's employees.;
b) in the field of cooperation with other government agencies and organizations engaged in anti-corruption activities and participating in it:
- Participates in the development of measures to enhance the legal awareness and legal culture of employees of the company's system, the formation of an intolerant attitude towards corruption in society;
- if necessary, conducts negotiations and participates with authorized bodies of foreign states in accordance with the anti-corruption tasks assigned to the company by legislative acts;
-Develops proposals to attract foreign specialists to improve anti-corruption measures in society.
At the same time, he participates in the preparation of annual reports on the activities of the Department according to the approved work plan of the Anti-Corruption Department, the development of an annual work plan with the specialists of the departments and ensuring its timely implementation.;
- Participation in the work on providing methodological and practical assistance to the company's divisions in the development and implementation of social development plans and preparation of established reports;
- Analysis of complaints, appeals, suggestions and instructions received by the department
and participation in the preparation of responses and explanations on them;
- Work on personal professional development;
- Rational use of information resources (Internet);
- Fulfillment of tasks defined by the company's internal departmental documents on combating corruption;
- Participation in the prevention of corruption offenses in society;
- cooperation with other government agencies and organizations engaged in anti-corruption activities and participating in it;
Education requirements:
Educational level-higher engineering and technical, higher engineering and economic education, higher audit education.
Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D. ingl. Doctor of Philosophy), Doctor of Sciences (Sc.D., D.Sc ., S.D. or Dr.Sc The degree, Master's degree and certificate of international accounting and auditing qualifications are supported and, of course, taken into account at the interview.
Possess knowledge in the field of combating corruption, the ability to identify corruption risks in a timely manner, and develop measures to eliminate the causes and conditions that allow them.;
Be aware of current national anti-corruption legislation, foreign experience and international standards;
Familiarization with the activities of Uzbekiston Temir Yullari JSC;
Possess theoretical and practical knowledge and skills in relation to national legislation aimed at regulating the field of anti-corruption and the system of “compliance control”, as well as international standards in this area (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Dodd-Frank Act, "UK Bribery Act" and others).
Work experience requirements:
In positions with high qualifications, professional knowledge with at least 5 years of work experience in accordance with the information requirements for a candidate in transport enterprises, including law, economics, finance, taxation, auditing, information and communication technologies, management and other areas necessary to fulfill the tasks assigned to him.
Terms of payment:
The salary is determined based on the results of the interview.
